Note to Authors/Attendees

Registrations provide the following benefits:

  • Access to all technical program activities with the exception of the tutorials, which have a separate fee.
  • Access to receptions, and tickets to the networking and recognition event(s).
  • Access to conference provided lunch and coffee-break refreshments
  • Coverage for up to 2 paper submissions. The cost for extra paper submissions is $100 per paper.

Student Registrations provide all the benefits of Registrations but cover only one paper submission. The cost for extra paper submissions is $100 per paper. Student Registration Rates are for full-time students only.

Single Day Registrations only cover conference attendance for the indicated day and cannot be used to cover the publication of a paper in the Xplore Proceedings. At least one author must register at the full conference registration rate in order to have a paper published.

Papers that are not presented at the conference by one of the paper's authors will not be included in the Xplore Proceedings nor considered for awards, and will not receive any publication credit.

  • Full Paper Submission Deadline (Peer Review Requested): May 22, 2020
  • Final Paper Submission and Copyright: July 17, 2020
